WOW WORLD TERMS OF SERVICE

WOW WORLD is a digital-first art platform and magazine that curates, publishes, and promotes AI-generated creative content. We offer feature packages, digital issues, artist challenges, and interviews, all subject to the following terms.

WOW WORLD is operated by the editorial and administrative team behind www.woworld.net.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian permission.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting any work or purchasing a product.

  • You agree not to use WOW WORLD for unlawful purposes or to violate any local or international law.

3. SERVICES & FEATURES

a. Digital Publishing

We offer multiple tiers of publishing packages, digital magazine access, and optional spotlight features. By submitting your artwork, text, or materials, you:

  • Confirm you own the rights to the work or have permission to submit it.

  • Grant WOW WORLD non-exclusive rights to publish, promote, and archive your material in current or future editions and promotional content.

  • Understand that all publishing fees are final and non-refundable.

b. Artist Challenges & Community Projects

Participation in challenges and open calls is subject to guidelines provided per event. Final selection is editorial and not subject to appeal.

c. Access to Digital Issues

Access to digital issues is provided via your personal dashboard. You may view all products you’ve purchased at any time. No download rights are granted unless otherwise stated.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including visuals, layouts, logos, and editorial formatting—is the property of WOW WORLD or its contributors and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission

  • Use WOW WORLD’s name or logo without prior consent

  • Sell or license content created by other artists or the magazine

You retain ownership of your submitted work. WOW WORLD only receives publishing rights as described.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for publishing packages and features must be completed before services are delivered. All pricing is clearly stated during the checkout process.

  • Prices may vary due to discounts, early bird offers, or special campaigns.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

  • By purchasing, you agree to our Refund Policy and accept that all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

To access your dashboard and purchased content:

  • You must register with a valid email

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WOW WORLD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee results (visibility, engagement, sales) from published features

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranty or guarantee of outcome

WOW WORLD is not responsible for third-party links, errors in submitted content, or delays caused by contributors or vendors.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior

  • Submissions that violate ethical or legal standards

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

WOW WORLD may update, change, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. This includes services, pricing, layouts, access methods, or publication schedules.

10. GOVERNING LAW
