WOW WORLD REFUND POLICY

Our publishing packages, challenges, and promotional opportunities are crafted with care and dedication. Due to the nature of our services and the customization involved in each submission, we have a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing from WOW WORLD, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases made through www.woworld.net  whether digital features, print editions, event submissions, or publishing upgrades—are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Open Call submissions

• Starter, Pro, Spotlight, and WOW Artist packages

• Magazine pre-orders and digital issues

• Print editions fulfilled via third-party printers

• Additional services such as cover features or interviews

• Entry fees for challenges or special features

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (EXAMPLES)

• Custom publishing work (e.g., layout design, artist interviews)

• Digital downloads (once accessed or sent)

• Processing and editorial services

• Magazine production and backend formatting

• Submission-based curation or promotions

Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we cannot accept refund requests based on:

• Change of mind

• Lack of visibility or promotion expectations

• Failure to provide submission material on time

• Disagreement with editorial selections or formatting

3. POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same service

• Accidental overcharge verified by our system

• Technical failure on our side that results in non-delivery

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 3 calendar days of the transaction at hi@woworld.net. All exceptions are handled at our sole discretion and require proof of error.

4. SERVICE CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

• Submitted material is inappropriate, offensive, plagiarized, or violates our standards

• The purchaser is uncooperative or fails to provide content by agreed deadlines

• We detect fraudulent activity or violation of terms

In such cases, no refund will be issued, unless due to a verified error on our part.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

WOW WORLD shall not be held liable for:

• Lack of sales, followers, or external outcomes

• Subjective dissatisfaction with the editorial layout

• Delays caused by contributors, third-party print vendors, or digital delivery systems

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our platform

Our role is to showcase your work, not to guarantee publicity, fame, or engagement.
